BBC Laura Kuenssberg visits Y6

Year 6 were delighted to welcome BBC journalist Laura Kuennsberg @bbclaurak to Headlands via Zoom earlier today. The children asked Laura insightful questions about her inspiration to be a journalist, her experience of interviewing prime ministers and tips for interviewing politicians. Later in the term, the children will interview local MP Michael Ellis in school, before visiting the Houses of Parliament in the summer term.

Huge thanks to Laura for taking time out of her busy day to talk to Year 6. Today was Laura’s second visit to Headlands.
